3. Using BitScope Service

3.1. User Privacy Rights

User privacy rights are our top priority. Please access our Privacy Policy to ensure that you fully understand our commitments to maintaining your privacy. By accessing our website, interacting with blockchain or protocol, or using any of our services, you agree to the collection, use, copying, storage, transmission, and disclosure of any user-generated content in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any complaints or damages that may arise from any actions or transactions you engage in when interacting with BitScope's BST token.

3.3. Staking:

3.3.1 "Staking" means the process of locking digital assets according to the decentralized protocol by executing smart contracts that are usually accompanied by reward allocation or providing privileged access to any function or term of any software for Stakers. "Staker" is the person who performs Staking.

3.3.2 BitScope may provide you with an interactive feature allowing Staking based on specified criteria and conditions. The Staking protocol may provide a function to aggregate or route the Staked digital assets when the Staked digital asset can be automatically routed by the Staking protocol to generate additional profits. All calculations and distributions of any applicable rewards occur in a fully decentralized manner through the protocol operated on a peer-to-peer basis according to the initial parameters set at the time of protocol creation or any related decentralized Staking pool ("Staking Pool").

3.3.3 We may create or initiate Staking Pools, provided that once they are initiated, they will not be operated or controlled by us, instead they will be decentralized. We may monitor any Staking Pool we create to determine if you are eligible to receive any disclosed privileged access.

3.3.4 By performing Staking, you will not be able to access your Staked digital assets unless you cancel your Staking. In some cases, you may not be able to cancel your Staked digital assets before a specified time period or event, or canceling such Staking may subject you to any additional costs and/or loss of Staking rewards.

3.3.5 Hereby, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any complaints or damages that may arise from your Staking and interaction with Staking Pools through BitScope Software.

3.3.6 Your Staking may be subject to or may incur fees, including protocol fees, Staking Pool fees, blockchain transaction fees.

3.3.7 We do not represent and warrant that we will support any protocol or Staking Pool, even if it has been previously supported technically, regardless of whether you perform Staking or not. We do not guarantee that you will be able to interact with any protocol or Staking Pool through BitScope Software in the future, including the ability to withdraw your digital assets through the graphical user interface of BitScope Software.

3.4. Information Accessible through BitScope Software

3.4.1 BitScope may provide users with access to various information related to digital assets and the market of digital assets through BitScope. 3.6.2 We cannot and do not represent or warrant that any information available through BitScope, including but not limited to charts, diagrams, graphs, is accurate, reliable, current, complete, valid, stable, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee the timeliness of technology or information related to BitScope. We disclaim any legal liability for any loss or damage if you use or view information available through BitScope.

3.4.2 In an effort to continue providing you with the most complete and accurate information possible, information may be changed or updated over time without notice, including but not limited to information related to our policies and services. Therefore, you should verify all information before relying on it, and all decisions based on information available on BitScope Software are your responsibility, and we are not legally responsible for those decisions. Information provided by third parties, including data feeds and historical prices for digital content, is for informational purposes only, and we make no claims or warranties as to the accuracy of the information.

3.5 Password Management and Security

BitScope does not control any account passwords or any other credentials that you deploy to gain access to the Service provided by BitScope. You are responsible for keeping all account passwords safe and secure. You are fully responsible for securing your own confidential information. If you hire a third-party organization to store your private key(s), whether those arrangements are made through the Service or not, BitScope is not responsible for the actions or omissions of that third party.

3.6 Product Updates

3.6.1 BitScope reserves the right to deploy sudden changes, updates, or improvements to the Service at any time. We may add or remove any feature or functionality, and we may discontinue the Service entirely. When a new version of the Application or Extension is launched, we may send you a notification within the Application and Extension, as well as a post on social media channels. Therefore, if you want to update to the latest version of the Application or Extension, you should activate the update function in your version or install the new version manually.

3.6.2 You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to enhance, modify, or replace any portion or component of BitScope or to continue developing or releasing new versions of BitScope.

3.7 Third-Party Services

3.7.1 For your convenience, BitScope may provide access to services from third-party websites, platforms, applications (including decentralized applications, also known as dApps), software, networks, or ledgers ("Third-Party Applications"). However, we do not make any representations about any third-party Applications that may be accessed through BitScope. You assume all risks in connecting to and using Third-Party Applications, and we are not responsible for (a) the accuracy or reliability of any information on Third-Party Applications; (b) the acts or omissions of the operators of Third-Party Applications (or their partners or affiliates); (c) any losses or damages arising from your use of any Third-Party Applications; or (d) any transactions you may make in connection with your use of or access to any Third-Party Applications.

3.7.2 We do not control the content that may be found at any Third-Party Applications. Some of these Third-Party Applications may contain objectionable, unlawful, or inaccurate material. You must comply with any terms and conditions of any Third-Party Applications. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may incur from your use or viewing of any Third-Party Applications, and we have no control over their services. You are responsible for understanding fully the services and products provided by those third parties as well as the terms and conditions governing their services and products before transacting with those third parties.

3.8 Fees and Taxes

3.8.1 To consider access rights to BitScope, our service may charge fees based on your interaction with BitScope and your use of our service.

3.8.2 You are responsible for determining whether, and to what extent, any taxes apply to the activities you perform through BitScope and retaining, collecting, reporting and remitting the correct amount of tax to the appropriate tax authorities. We are not responsible for storing or retaining any transaction information, nor does BitScope have any such capability to store or retain such information.

3.8.3 Our fees do not include any taxes, fees, obligations or similar assessments by any governmental authority in any form. You are responsible for paying all taxes related to your use of our service. If we are legally obligated to pay or collect taxes for which you are responsible, we will invoice you and you will pay that amount unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate tax authority.

3.8.4 No guarantee of uninterrupted access You understand and agree that we do not guarantee secure access, uninterrupted access to any part of BitScope, and the operation of BitScope may be disrupted by many factors beyond our control.

4. Disclosure of Risks.

THIS SECTION CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATED TO THE SIGNIFICANT RISKS OF HOLDING, OWNING, BUYING, AND TRADING DIGITAL CURRENCIES, TOKENS, OR ANY OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

4.1 Holding, owning, buying, and trading digital assets, interacting with smart contracts, and placing bets entail significant risks and the possibility of financial losses, including, but not limited to, the following:

4.1.1 the features, functions, characteristics, operations, uses, and other properties of any digital asset ("Asset Properties"), and the software, networks, ledgers, systems, and technologies used to manage, create, issue, transfer, cancel, use or trade within digital assets may be complex, technical, or difficult to understand or evaluate;

4.1.2 any digital asset and its underlying technology may be vulnerable to security breaches, integrity or operation of digital assets or its underlying technology ("Attacks"), including attacks using sufficient computing power to overwhelm the normal operation of a decentralized distributed ledger platform (blockchain) or other underlying technology;

4.1.3 any digital asset, Asset Property, or underlying technology may change or cease to operate as expected due to changes made to the underlying technology, changes made through features or functions integrated within the underlying technology, or changes resulting from an attack. These changes may include, but are not limited to, a "fork" or "rollback" of the digital asset or blockchain;

4.1.4 any digital asset may decrease in value or lose all value due to various factors, including the discovery of fraudulent behavior, market manipulation, changes to Asset Properties or perceived value of Asset Properties, Attacks, suspension or cessation of support for a digital asset by a protocol, trading platform, market platform, or service provider, and other factors beyond our control;

4.1.5 any digital asset may be lost if sent to the wrong address (for example, if the address is formatted incorrectly, has an error, or is used for a different type of digital asset);

4.1.6 we make no representation that any digital asset that can be found or accessed through BitScope is safe, suitable, consistent with any claims made by the issuer or sponsor of the digital asset, verified or auditable, or of any value or quality or legality;

4.1.7 we are not responsible for conducting any due diligence or screening related to any digital asset that can be accessed or discovered through BitScope;

4.2 The risks described in this Section 4 may lead to the loss of digital assets, decrease or loss of all value or trading ability of digital assets, inability to access or transfer digital assets, inability to trade digital assets, inability to receive financial benefits available to holders of other digital assets, and other financial losses to you. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable or legally responsible for such risks.
